大統黑心油案，主管機關延誤通報，消基會認為衛福部顯然督導不力，讓消費者多吃了一年的混充油。消基會今天呼籲，政府單位不能只想著出事了再設法因應，而是應妨患於未然，否則一旦東窗事發每每牽連甚廣，善後費時費力。

消基會今年5月曾因當時的食品藥物管理局怠於發布毒澱粉警訊，向監察院陳情要求調查有無瀆職之嫌，消基會今天表示，也將具文籲請監察院併同大統黑心油案處理。
