環署法律扶助　鳥鳴聲擾民鳥店判賠

【洪敏隆/台北報導】公害汙染若已造成人身或財產損害，可尋求環保署的法律扶助服務。環保署今天表示，高雄市余姓民眾因住家隔壁鳥店長期發出鳥鳴啼叫聲，產生焦慮與失眠等憂鬱症狀，經環保署指派專業律師提供法律諮詢與民事訴訟獲勝訴判決，鳥店業者須賠8萬元。

環保署去年6月開辦公害法律扶助依個案申請扶助性質不同及需求，提供法律諮詢、調解、調處、裁決代理或民事訴訟服務等。法律服務諮詢專線(02)27338989。
