大陸9月人民幣貸款餘額 超過70兆

中國人民銀行（大陸央行）今晚公布第3季金融機構貸款統計，9月大陸金融機構人民幣各項貸款餘額人民幣 70.28兆元（約新台幣339.05兆元），年成長14.3%。

東方網報導，今年前九月，大陸新增人民幣貸款7.28兆元，比去年同期增加人民幣5,570億元。

值得關注的是，房地產貸款出現較快成長。9月底大陸主要金融機構及小型農村金融機構、外資銀行人民幣房地產貸款餘額14.17兆元，年增19%，增速比上季高0.9個百分點。

僅今年前九月，新增房地產貸款就達人民幣1.9兆元，比去年同期增加人民幣9,176億元。

政策推動之下，保障性住房開發貸款也快速增長，今年前九月增加人民幣1,134億元，占同期房產開發貸款增量28.1%。

專家分析，今年前三季大陸貸款投向有幾個特點：企業中長期貸款增速回升；小微企業貸款增速上升，占比繼續提高；工業中長期貸款增速回升，服務業中長期貸款增速持續加快；農戶貸款和農村貸款增速也明顯上升；住戶貸款增長較快。
