捷運松江南京站旁　房價年漲逾2成

【劉曉霞／台北報導】明年底通車的松山線將成為下一條通車搶房路線。業者調查，松山線開通效應已浮現，比較沿線各站周邊的同期房價，松江南京站從去年每坪67.4萬元成長到今年每坪82萬元，年漲幅高達21.8%，一舉奪下松山線年漲幅及成交價雙冠王，也是松山線中唯一每坪站上80大關的捷運站。

好房網總編輯吳光中分析，以往僅有文湖線、中和蘆洲線、新店線、淡水線貫穿南北，隨著松山線通車後，一舉將東西兩側打通，從此四通八達，大大增加生活便利性。隨著沿線各站施工逐步完成，民眾趕在通車前搶進，又以松山站挾雙捷一鐵特區優勢，佔松山線熱搜比率22%，房價從去年11月的每坪59.1萬元，成長到今年每坪68.6萬元，漲幅達16.1%，是松山線周邊房價漲幅第2名。
