新北勞檢公布17家違法名單　華冠通訊在列

【方佳怡／新北報導】新北市政府勞工局今公布第6波違反《勞動基準法》事業單位或事業主名單，17家違法業者名單中，主要違法項目為未依法給予加班費計12件佔43%，其次為超時工作計5件佔18%，其中華冠通訊因未依《勞基法》第24條規定，延長工時卻一律僅給予補休，未讓勞工有請領加班費選擇權遭開罰。

勞工局長謝政達表示，勞工局將定期於勞工局網站公布違反《勞動基準法》業者名單，警惕事業單位及供勞工朋友求職參考。
