渣打銀行客戶資料遭竊 星央行關切

渣打銀行（Standard Chartered Bank）菁英客戶資料庫遭駭後，新加坡央行已要求金融機構強化資安。

星國警方6日證實，在遭控入侵總理李顯龍國會網站的男子拉杰（James Raj）的筆記型電腦中，發現渣打的私人銀行客戶資料。

35歲的拉杰11月4日在馬來西亞被捕，隨後被引渡至新加坡，12日以入侵宏茂橋區官方網站遭到起訴。這不過是近來鎖定星總理、總統陳慶炎與親政府媒體的一連串電腦攻擊事件之一。

新加坡金融管理局（MAS，央行）表示，已提醒所有金融機構提高資訊系統與客戶資料的防護警戒，包括對第三方服務供應商的控管，「金管局正特別監督關切，金融機構資訊外包是否符合金管局規定。」

渣打銀行最大股東是新加坡官方投資公司淡馬錫（Temasek），該銀行已證實647筆私人銀行客戶資料在今年2月遭竊。
