韓澳FTA 影響我石油製品和汽車零組件出口

澳洲日前宣布，與韓國之間洽簽的自由貿易協定（FTA）已經完成實質談判，預定明年上半年正式簽署，二零一五年生效，生效八年後多數商品降為零關稅。

韓國是我國科技和電子產業上最大競爭對手。經濟部指出，韓國出口到澳洲的產品，包括石油製品、汽車和零組件、家電與電機電子設備等；我國出口到澳洲的產品則包括石油製品、電子產品、汽車零組件和鋼材，平均關稅介於百分之零到五之間，其中電機電子設備多數零關稅。韓國與澳洲簽FTA，可能壓縮我國石油製品和汽車零組件出口澳洲的市場，經濟部將進一步分析，了解韓澳FTA對我國產業的影響。

根據經濟提供的資料，去年我國和澳洲的雙邊貿易總額達一百三十億美元，比二零一一年成長百分之五點三六，是我國第十大貿易夥伴、第六大進口來源國，也是第十六大出口市場；我國則是澳洲第十二大貿易夥伴。
