勝獅貨櫃(00716)發盈警，料2013年年度溢利將較去年同期大幅減少，主要由於集裝箱需求低迷及平均售價下跌引致集團營業額下降。特別是環球貿易量的低增長，以及船運業的表現持續不景，對集團製造業務之表現造成影響。此市場低迷情況，預期將延續至2014年第二季。儘管溢利預期減少，然而，集團的財務狀況穩健，負債比率處於合理水平。集團已穩佔有利位置，在市場復甦時抓緊商機。

集團2013年年度業績詳情預期將於明年三月公佈。
