消基會抽檢食品 標示名不副實嚴重

消基會今天舉行記者會說，經抽檢市售16種相關食品，發現名不符實情況嚴重，尤其以零食類最嚴重，其中不乏大廠。

消基會說，例如滋露草莓巧克力沒草莓、pinkey水蜜桃薄荷糖沒有水蜜桃、盛香珍荔枝椰果沒荔枝、台灣尋味錄雞蛋布丁沒雞蛋，其他還像桂冠蝦球的內容物標示成分沒有蝦，蝦球呈現的紅色是天然紅麴色素，又如太祖牌蚵仔麵線，不僅沒蚵仔，調味粉包中也是柴魚、蝦粉等海鮮相關添加物。

消基會說，這些名不符實充其量是「風味」而非「口味」，業者應在外包裝明顯處以適當大小字體標明「風味」，否則若食品實際內容物與所稱不符，可依公平交易法最高開處2500萬罰鍰。
