桃園代銷公會自律　杜絕「紅單」炒作

【王筱君／台北報導】政府大動作關注預售屋「紅單」炒作，全台各代銷公會以身作則，函文提醒業者自律、自清。曾被公開點名炒作熱區的桃園，當地代銷公會要求買方至少持有1年才可更名，防止紅單炒作。

「我們沒權限要求買家不得更名，但可限制時間。」桃園代銷公會總幹事王三綱舉例，宏峰代銷建案或稍早八德區熱銷案「宏普之星」，皆主動與客戶簽訂磋商條款；台中市代銷公會理事長謝麟兒強調「我們的態度就是不鼓勵、不炒作。」
