幼兒園學童墜樓案　檢警重回現場釐清

【曾伯愷／新北報導】本周二發生在新北市新莊區中平路，一名5歲男童攀爬幼兒園二樓廁所窗戶，導致不幸墜落身亡的憾事。檢警今天下午2時許，重回新莊區中 平路幼兒園內，除了再度訊問對於當天帶隊老師整起經過外，對於男童墜樓過程，園方以及老師有無構成業務過失致死加以釐清。

檢察官說：「今天主要來的目的，是要釐清男童墜樓的狀況，以及園內相關動線。等整個調查結束之後，我們會有一個完整的鑑定報告。」到時候才可釐清相關責任。
