韓擴防空識別區　中韓恐再掀領土爭議

【張翠蘭／綜合外電報導】中國先前劃設東海防空識別區之舉餘波盪漾，南韓朴槿惠總統6日在青瓦台會晤美國副總統拜登，南韓政府在雙方結束會談後，即舉行國家安保政策調整會議，確定南韓的防空識別區將向南擴張至離於島（中國稱蘇岩礁），預料再掀中韓領土爭議。

南韓6日下午召開國家安保政策調整會議，把離於島、南韓最南端島嶼馬羅島，及紅島納入南韓的防空識別區，但方案將於8日向周邊國家通報後公布。離於島位於中國東海，中國稱蘇岩礁，視為其領土，如今南韓將之劃入防空識別區，兩國將再掀爭議。

受到中國之舉響的日本，也動作頻頻。日本眾院6日在全體會議一致通過決議案，嚴正抗議中國劃設涵蓋釣魚台的東海防空識別區，是對日本領土主權的重大侵害行為，要求中方立刻撤銷。參院也正協商同樣的決議。此外日本和東南亞國家協會10個成員國，下周將在東京召開領袖高峰會時，發公報呼籲公海上方空域應保持飛航自由，此舉顯然是針對中國的防空識別區。
