【石永軒／新北報導】中颱菲特侵襲，今天上午11時許，淡水地區雖下著間歇性的雨勢，但又適逢農曆初二大潮，淡水渡船頭旁的馬偕銅幾乎遭滅頂。另外，位於紅毛城旁的松濤橋，河裡的大量石塊也被潮水打上人行道。民眾得知路面上的石塊是被大浪沖上岸，驚呼：「怎麼可能，太誇張了！」
