高國輝一圓心願　邀請流浪狗擔任開球嘉賓

【王翊亘／高雄報導】今天高雄的義大犀牛與兄弟象之戰，義大球團補辦之前原訂在8月28日的「國輝日」。高國輝賽前不僅與球迷擊掌互動，更一圓想找流浪動物之家到場開球的心願，順利請到高雄關懷流浪動物協會到場擔任開球嘉賓。
 
高國輝一直很喜歡動物，特別喜歡狗狗，他曾說過，想在故鄉花蓮辦一個流浪動物之家，今天請來高雄關懷流浪動物協會到場擔任開球嘉賓，算是先完成了一個夢想。
 
流浪動物協會的理事長王小華，擔任開球投手，而原本在外頭流浪的拉布拉多犬「紅金寶」則擔任接球捕手。紅金寶來到球場，喜歡狗兒的高國輝馬上過去撫摸，連一旁的犀睛女孩，也忍不住大喊「卡哇伊」。
 
王小華說，許多流浪狗，在經過照顧後，都可以回復原本漂亮的樣子，呼籲大家用認養代替購買。原本高國輝預定捐出明星賽獎金2萬元，但現在又決定加碼2萬元，合計加碼4萬元，捐給高雄關懷流浪動物協會，希望喚醒大家對於流浪動物的愛心。
