【陳偉周／基隆報導】菲特颱風籠罩北台灣，但所幸颱風主要雲系未進入陸地，只有感受到較強風勢，加上北海岸雨勢漸歇，水利署第10河川局表示，員山子疏洪道今天最高水位達62.63公尺，未達分洪標準，河川局說「上游雨量已停，暫不需要分洪！」
