全球運動風 警破偽造名牌眼鏡

大型路跑或是鐵人三項，全球吹起運動風，仿冒市場看準知名品牌的運動眼鏡，以正品價格的十分之一，大量製造仿冒品在體育用品店流通，有人配戴後不舒服，感到暈眩，警方接獲報案，破獲這起仿冒案。

這是一家成衣工廠，平常做的是團體制服的印刷，暗地卻涉嫌仿冒商標，跟中國廠商下單訂貨，像這些就是被查到的仿冒名牌眼鏡，警方發現，這個知名品牌有各種系列產品，在全球已經有超過600的專利，800個註冊商標。

業者看準現在大型運動活動多，運動品牌商機大好，儘管仿冒品藏在夾板內，還是被搜出來，分隊長陳宗靖，真品和仿冒，在材料、光學清晰度和視覺對比度上，有明顯的差異。

查辦的分隊長本身，也是體技能不錯的三鐵好手，拿出本身擁有的正牌眼鏡，也發現明顯不同，仿冒眼鏡在一般的運動用品店流通，價格大約是正牌的十分之一，由於長久配戴會出現不舒適感，檢警提醒民眾不要因為炫耀，而助長仿冒歪風。(民視新聞陳凱茂高雄市報導)
