菲特暴風圈罩北台 中部以北防豪雨

根據氣象局最新資料顯示，中颱菲特的暴風圈已經籠罩中部以北及花蓮以北地區，氣象局提醒中部以北、東北部及東部地區風雨，今晚會持續增強，台北市、新北市、桃園縣、新竹縣、苗栗縣、宜蘭縣皆為超大豪雨區，台中市、南投縣則為豪雨區，另東部及南部山區也有大雨或豪雨發生的機率，在山區的民眾要特別注意坍方、落石、土石流等情形。

下午四點半時，菲特颱風的中心位於台北的北北東方釣魚台海面，朝西北西移動，新竹縣鳥嘴山的累積雨量自4日起以達518毫米、新北市福山376毫米、桃園縣高義352毫米；氣象局也提醒沿海地區的民眾要小心強陣風或大浪、並請西半部沿海低窪地區的民眾留意淹水和海水倒灌。

明天颱風登陸中國大陸後，強度和暴風半徑會明顯減弱、變小，各地的風雨狀況也會明顯好轉，唯北部、東北部仍有短暫陣雨或局部大雨的情況。
