菲特快速減弱　台灣本島明晨前解除陸警

【張勵德／台北報導】中颱菲特進入台灣北部海面後，由於海溫偏低且風切大，颱風結構受到破壞，中心呈現高低層分離的情況，強度迅速減弱，暴風圈也在逐漸縮小中。中央氣象局預估，台灣本島可望提早脫離暴風圈影響，預計明天凌晨到清晨之間就有機會解除陸上颱風警報，至於外島馬祖及海上颱風警報，則可能提前到明天中午前後解除。
