無業男偷手機　硬拗失業6年不得已

【湯寶隆／高雄報導】1名王姓無業男（42歲）7月中到高雄市1家遊藝場，發現張姓女店員的三星手機放在桌上，王男見四下無人順手摸走，事後典當9000元花用，由於王男經常逗留遊藝場，儘管行竊時還刻意遮臉，但店員一眼認出，當下報警處理。
 
王男8月下旬到案供稱，他失業6年，窮到連機車都當掉，因無錢花用，看到手機才會臨時起意下手行竊，錢早已花光光，警方發現王男除了拿去吃喝玩樂，還沈迷打電玩，訊後今依竊盜罪嫌函送法辦。
