對陸委會主委王郁琦與大陸國台辦主任張志軍在APEC場合「自然互動」，總統府發言人李佳霏指出，馬總統對兩人互稱官銜一事「表示肯定與欣慰」，認為這是兩岸「治權互不否認」的具體實踐，也是兩岸官方互動正常化的良好開端，更是兩岸關係制度化的重要里程碑，深具歷史意義。
