「我的奶給你摸」　女告性騷擾判無罪

【許淑惠／台中報導】中市劉姓男子(40歲)因茶葉買賣契約、採茶範圍，與一對採茶夫妻起糾紛，2011年8月間，採茶夫妻和林姓男子等人與劉男發生肢體衝突，女子自稱「我的奶給你摸」，和丈夫合力拉劉男的手碰觸胸部，事後女子提告性騷擾，劉男辯稱採茶夫妻等人故意挖陷阱給他跳。

台中地院法官傳喚其他在場採茶工人，證稱聽見女子稱「我的奶給你摸」，及女子於報案和驗傷時，對於被抓左乳或右乳說詞不一，認定劉男並未乘人不及抗拒摸胸性騷擾，判劉男無罪。

女子指控遭劉男摸奶性騷。
