政黨干預國會自主　蔡英文籲修法或釋憲補正

【張麗娜／台北報導】對於台北地院裁准立法院長王金平黨員權利假處分案，民進黨前主席蔡英文晚間受訪時表示，這個社會顯然是有一個很清楚的看法，也就是說，國家的利益遠大於政黨的利益，國家的安定也超過政治人物的權力。
 
民進黨前主席蔡英文晚間提前慶祝中秋，包場請辦公室志工看電影《總舖師》。蔡受訪時說，在這個案子上，我們也看出來制度設計上有一些缺漏的地方，造成一個總統兼一個政黨的主席，可以利用政黨運作，去干預國會的自主，她呼籲大家趕快把制度的缺失，透過立法或其他的方法，趕快把它補正，讓憲政體制可以更完整，讓國會的運作可以更穩定，國會也保有自主運作的空間。
 
至於如何補正？蔡說，「我覺得從修法、釋憲都可以，修法當然速度比較快」。
 
被問及黨內有聲音，認為民進黨好像變成「保王黨」，蔡說，民進黨還是本於做一個政黨對國家責任的認知，來做國會的運作或是政黨思考的機器。
