德證交所 擬在亞洲設衍生商品結算所

金融時報引述知情人士的消息報導，已在亞洲布局的德國交易所（Deutsche Borse），打算在新加坡成立亞洲衍生性金融商品結算所。

報導指出，這顯示亞洲正成為全球各大交易所兵家必爭之地，一方面反映亞洲證券交易以外的資本市場趨於成熟，也因應交易商和企業對衍生性金融商品、尤其是大宗商品的需求日益增加。

據美國期貨業協會（FIA）估計，全球交易所交易的衍生性金融商品，亞洲占15%至20%，歐、美兩地占其餘各半。

知情人士表示，德國交易所的計畫尚在初步階段，若非尋求策略夥伴，就是自行成立。

德國交易所很可能選擇新加坡交易所為策略夥伴。本周，德國交易所旗下的證券交割及集保事業Clearstream，與新加坡交易所簽署合作意向書，有意共同發展亞洲的集保管理事業。

今年2月，德國交易所和台灣期貨交易所達成協議，旗下的歐洲期貨交易所（Eurex）將掛牌銷售台股指數期貨。
