聯合航空誤賣0元機票

聯合航空（United Airlines）表示，先前訂位系統資料出錯，導致意外售出的一批數量不明的0元機票，公司正考慮是否履行交易。

聯合航空發言人麥卡錫說，12日中午時聯航網站United.com出現0元機票，維持約「兩個小時」，公司隨後暫時關閉網站的訂位系統進行修正，網站在芝加哥時間下午2點30分恢復正常。

麥卡錫澄清，這批機票未透過旅行社的訂位系統銷售，且聯航的Share訂位系統也非禍首，但她並未提供更多細節。針對公司何時決定是否履行交易，或是否公布出錯的航線，她也無可奉告。

機票研究業者FareCompare.com執行長西尼說，這批機票大多總價僅要5或10美元，意味聯航只收取911後徵收的安全費（每航程2.5美元），通常每張機票的稅金和各項費用加起來要22美元、甚至更多。

2002年5月也發生過類似烏龍，來回機票票價錯誤顯示為5美元，約維持45分鐘。
