高雄第1高　「國硯」每坪55.9~68.7萬

【張菱育／台北報導】目前高雄市樓層最高的住宅大樓「國硯」，近日共實價揭露3筆成交案，每坪成交價55.9~68.7萬元，總價1.41~1.72億元，面積皆約258坪，於2012年交易。

「國硯」位於高雄市苓雅區新田路350~400號，規劃地上41樓，坪數109~238坪，開價每坪44~98萬元。高雄市仲介公會副理事長鄭啟峰指出，「國硯」成交價對高雄來說是高價，加上最近有京城建設將興建全台最高摩天住宅話題帶動，新案6字頭房價屬合理、可接受的行情，未來高雄要習慣此價格，但若有9字頭以上價格，則較懷疑。
