國際勞工組織：2018年前全球就業前景慘淡

【陳冠穎／綜合外電報導】國際勞工組織（ILO）今天表示，全球經濟復甦疲軟使得就業市場未能獲得改善，2018年之前，全球失業人數將會再增加1300萬人。

在2014年全球就業趨勢報告中，ILO指出，2013年全球失業人口較前1年將會增加近500萬人至2.02億人，若按照目前趨勢，全球失業人口2018年之前將會達到2.15億人。

ILO預測每年將會創造約4000萬個工作機會，少於每年預期進入職場的4260萬人，2013年主要的失業人口來自東亞及南亞，占新增失業人口500萬超過45%，其次則是位處撒哈拉以南的非洲及歐洲。

根據ILO統計，2013年15-24歲的年輕人有7450萬人失業，較前1年增加100萬人，使得全球年輕人口失業率達到13.1%。
