張虔生七天結案不起訴　議員諷刺辦案神速

【涂建豐／高雄報導】日月光排放毒廢水，遭高雄市政府停工處分，議員蕭永達、鄭新助到地檢署控告日月光董事長張虔生涉嫌排放毒物罪，地院2013年12月27日傳喚張虔生，2014年1月2日就不起訴，前後僅七天，扣除周六日、元旦三天放假，只有四天就結案。議員蕭永達、鄭新助今日到地方法院送匾額「日月光照司法、辦案神速」，並希望日月光不要提出訴願，坦然接受勒令停工，並繳交1.1億元罰緩。
