年節10大危險零食 想減肥別吃啊

【林明佳/台北報導】農曆年節倒數,應景的零食少不了,營養師程涵宇提醒,不少零食高油、高糖,熱量驚人,她列出前10名熱量破表零食,想減肥者最好別碰,以花生糖為例,1顆熱量就高達172大卡,吃2顆花生糖的熱量高達344大卡,比1碗白飯280大卡還高,6天年假這樣吃下來包準爆肥。
營養師趙函穎建議,想吃零食者,可準備小盤子,每樣零食都裝一點,少量多樣,滿足嘴饞同時具體限制分量,另吃零食應跟正餐隔2個小時,避免正餐吃太飽後又馬上吃零食,熱量容易轉化成脂肪堆積身上。此外,吃零食時要多喝開水,水分建議攝取量為體重×40c.c.,再額外多喝500~800c.c.開水,可幫助不好的鈉或加工品盡快代謝排出。
