德高學歷族 時薪近基本工資

【大紀元1月20日報導】（中央社記者林琳柏林20日專電）在德國學歷較高找工作比較容易，不過，高學歷並不保證收入就較豐，幾乎1/10具大學以上教育程度的受雇者，時薪不到9.3歐元，幾乎相當於政府在推動的時薪8.5歐元基本工資。

根據德國杜伊斯堡─艾森大學工作及能力研究所的1項報告，德國擁有大學學歷的受雇者當中，有8.6%的時薪不到2/3受雇人口的平均時薪9.3歐元（約新台幣380元）。高學歷低薪族的人數估計有68萬8000人。

調查報告顯示，女性擁有高學歷卻在職場無法得到合理待遇的情況更甚於男性，估計有11.4%的高學歷女性是低薪族，高學歷男性的比率只有6.1%。

不少高學歷低薪族經濟狀況困窘，因為還有償還就學貸款的負擔。

另外，根據德國聯邦勞工局的資料，2013年高學歷失業人口大約有19萬1100人，較前1年增加2萬1400人。
