檢調追美河市案再搜索　日勝生：全力配合，營運財務正常

針對檢調單位20日針對美河市新店機廠聯開案，再度前往日勝生公司搜索，對此，日勝生發布重訊表示，全力配合調查，而且公司及各轉投資事業的營運及財務一切正常，不受影響。

捷運局和建商日勝生聯合開發的新店小碧潭共構案「美河市」，驚爆官員涉竄改鑑價報告，疑坑殺北市府上百億元；前聯合開發處長高嘉濃、前五課課長王銘藏都被台北地院依涉「貪污治罪條例」的圖利、偽造文書等罪，有串證之虞，裁定收押禁見。

北檢20日發動第2波偵查，兵分4路搜索日勝生及相關企業，並約談5名證人到案說明。對此，日勝生則強調，基於尊重司法原則，將全力配合調查，而公司及各轉投資事業的營運及財務一切正常，不受影響。
