誇海口PK淡水魚酥　漁鄉特色食材開吃

【許逸民／澎湖報導】擁有大果葉柱狀玄武岩、小門鯨魚洞、二崁聚落等多處自然和人文美景的澎湖縣西嶼鄉，推動觀光之餘，也希望有留住遊客來掏錢的產業，在與澎湖科技大學合作後，研發出以當地特有的白膜花生、洛神花等農漁產品食材，做出糕點、壽司、泡菜，甚至魚酥等食品，要來PK淡水魚酥和台南蝦餅。就連夜市的射擊遊戲，也成為留住遊客的選項之一。

西嶼鄉公所表示，希望將觀光與食品相輔相成，結合民間力量，讓觀光產業更豐富。負責研發的澎科大副教授胡俊傑說，西嶼鄉的材料豐富，利用當季盛產的食材，就能包裝出黃金產品。
