袁健生缺席 藍委指邱義仁也沒列席紀錄

立法院外交國防委員會上午邀請國防部、外交部、陸委會、國安局與國安會首長上午到立法院，就大陸東海防空識別區進行專案報告，國安會秘書長袁健生未列席，引發立委批評，會議因此延宕40餘分鐘。

國民黨立委陳碧涵、陳鎮湘主張，過去沒有邀請國安會秘書長列席前例，民進黨執政時期，國安會秘書長邱義仁也從來沒列席的紀錄，立法院應遵循慣例。
