國安密帳案李登輝一審無罪　特偵提上訴

【法庭中心／台北報導】特偵組傍晚對外發布，針對台北地院對國安密帳案中李登輝及劉泰英無罪的部分，特偵認為原審判決有判決理由前後矛盾；判決違背經驗法則等違背法令的情形，經與北檢檢察官討論後，決定提起上訴。

其中，前總統李登輝在一審判決中全身而退，獲判無罪；而劉泰英雖被依貪污、洗錢等罪判刑2年8月，但侵占及偽造文書部分卻獲判無罪。特偵組也不服相關判決，今一併上訴。
