開車加霸王油嫌犯　遇警上門躲天花板

【王勇超、吳世龍／高雄報導】男子陳晉聖（40歲，有毒品前科）上月30日開贓車到高市大樹區小坪頂的加油站加霸王油，警方調閱監視器畫面鎖定陳男紅髮、瘦臉、尖嘴等特徵追查，昨日下午發現陳男的贓車，派人在周遭埋伏，陳男從住處走出取車時，發現埋伏的警員，竟爬上屋頂、防火巷，再從後方廚房逃回屋內躲藏。

警方破門進入屋內，找不到嫌犯身影，研判陳男可能躲在天花板格層中，高舉錄影機伸進天花板錄影，果真錄到陳男影像。警方叫陳男下來，陳不理會，擔心陳男悶死屋頂或尋短，還叫來救護車待命，期間警方靈機一動，想出煙燻攻勢，燒蚊香要逼下陳男，但陳也不理會，最後由1名體重近100公斤的警員黃宗揚鑽進天花板，勸下陳男。訊後今依竊盜、詐欺罪嫌送辦。
