證監會新股政策 滬指2,200點保衛戰

大陸證監會上周六公布新股發行改革意見及優先股試點等一系列政策「組合拳」，導致滬綜指今天開盤下挫，類股走勢分化。截至下午1時30分，滬綜指指數在2,200點附近震盪，但政策利多讓券商股集體大漲。

路透報導，大陸證監會上周末公布新政，讓陸股今天開盤下跌，尤其是今年來熱炒的成長類股票，不過銀行股等受益於優先股（特別股）試點的大型藍籌股出現上漲，包括招商證券目前上漲9.96%至人民幣12.03元（約新台幣58元），建設銀行上漲2.06%至4.47元（約新台幣22元）。

新浪財經報導，今早滬綜指大幅開低，市場拋壓沉重，指數一度下跌逾2%，失守2,200點，盤中跌幅逾9%的個股逾400檔，市場哀鴻遍野。

因剛公布的IPO新規，不允許在創業板借殼上市，暴跌類股集中在創業板；今早創業板指數一度下跌逾5%。
