李登輝國安秘帳案無罪 特偵組提上訴

特偵組今天對前總統李登輝、國民黨投管會主委劉泰英涉國安密帳案，台北地院日前判決李登輝無罪、劉泰英涉及的偽造文書無罪判決部分，提起上訴。

李登輝、劉泰英被控侵占國安秘帳「奉天專案」公款購買台灣綜合研究院辦公室及支付開銷，779萬餘美元，今年11月15日台北地方法院判決李登輝無罪，同案被告劉泰英有期徒刑2年8個月，褫奪公權3年。

特偵組和台北地檢署收到判決書後，認為「判決理由前後矛盾」、「判決違背經驗法則、論理法則」等判決違背法令的情形；因此提出上訴。
