防空識別區重疊範圍 軍方統一口徑

國防部常務次長沈一鳴中將說明我國防空識別區範圍，並說明歷年來的變化

中共公布防空識別區，與我國防空識別區的重疊面積到底多少？軍方說法卻出現兩個版本，引發立委批評。今晚國防部臨時舉行記者會，統一口徑為23000平方公里，空軍政戰主任劉守仁中將並且為「先前未說明實際空域運用狀況」致歉。

白天在立院國防委員會，立委邱議瑩質疑，國防部宣稱重疊空域是2萬3000平方公里，但自己上周向空軍索取資料，卻是6萬7000平方公里，到底是怎麼一回事？現場官員口徑不一，氣氛一度尷尬。

國防部晚間舉行記者會，劉守仁指出，之所以出現兩個數字，是因先前空軍「未說明實際空域運用狀況」。如果根據我國於民國42年12月16日公布的防空識別區範圍，重疊面積是6萬7000平方公里；但現今我方實際執行偵巡、強制識別的範圍，限於海峽中線以東、北緯27度以南，重疊範圍則是2萬3000平方公里。
