18年沒自來水　大寮歐洲瑞市2個月內接管

【涂建豐／高雄報導】高市大寮區歐洲瑞市社區300多戶居民，因通往社區的自來水管線施工須經私人土地，地主拒絕開挖，導致18年來無自來水可用。副議長蔡昌達今在議會質詢說，經濟部月前發布行政命令，即便地主不同意，仍可由公權力介入施工，自來水公司與市府應儘速完成接管工程。
 
自來水公司表示，新辦法頒布後，自來水公司立即重新啟動接管計畫，目前已展開相關作業，預估經費需352萬元，將向總公司提案，再送到水利署核定，若順利取得土地，二個月內就可以完成接管。
