華航長榮班機返台 均曾遭日關切

民航局長沈啟今天在立法院驚爆我民航機經台北飛航情報區及日本防空識別區重疊處，遭日方戰管單位關切。

民航業者指出，2009年兩岸直航初期，新畫設B591航路初啟，民航機從大陸順此航路飛回台北時，沒有對日方提交飛航計畫；行經日本防空識別區時，曾遭日方戰管雷達關切，華航、長榮均有此經驗。

不過國籍航空有此經驗後，此航線的班機都會事先向日本提飛航計畫，後續也未發生過遭日方戰管雷達關切的情形。
