食安問題 通路商未來需負責

通路商、連鎖商收取昂貴上架費，卻對上架食品內容毫無所知，一旦爆發食安事件，卻推卸責任。中午立法院衛環委員會做出決議，建請衛福部與經濟部修法，要求各通路商負起連帶責任。

新制上路後，通路商在食品上架之前，必須要求業者檢附相關檢驗證明，為販售食品做初步把關。提案的立委江惠珍指出，長久以來，商人僅以販售商品獲利為目標，對商品品質不用負擔責任，只是犧牲消費者的食安權益。
